Alright. How's everyone doing? Hope you're doing fantastic. Hope that you're having a nice Sunday. Just wanted to stop in and say hi and give you a little update on what's going on on my end. I went on a nice run with a friend this morning we uh ran in and out of the city here and

eventually made it out to uh where these small hills are and um yeah it was absolutely great uh got a nice workout in a nice sweat and uh yeah it was all in all just a good time and You know, my leg started to ache a little bit there, my knee specifically, just a tiny bit.

I don't think it's anything too serious. It might have just been a misstep, but something to monitor as I make it through the day, through the week here. Just want to make sure that you're monitoring your body as you go on longer runs, shorter runs, longer workouts, shorter workouts, and see how your body reacts.
